Forget my last comment, if this is the retail then you should be able to install it (Retail DVD works for both mac and PC)

To install the game you need to set the correct permission to the file located in "application_name.app/Contents/MacOS".
Open a terminal and type :
sudo chmod ugo+x
then drag and drop the file in the MacOS folder on the terminal and hit enter, type your password and then re-hit enter. The file's icon should be black now and you should be able to install the game

EVEN IF it does work and it installs, you have to have like an account with blizard to even play it. (unless there is a crack in the game that prevents it) I will Dl this and try it out. Thanks for the hope uploader =)
