Both USB and Bluetooth mice are supported, no matter whether the mouse is designed for Windows or Mac. (*) SteerMouse does not support the Apple Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad. (*) SteerMouse may not support some special functions. What's New Version 4.1.4 (May 15, 2012) Additions: • Now supports OS X Moutain Lion (10.8). • Now possible to switch the primary button in System Preferences. • Improved compatibility with Logitech mice. Good news: You can now customize all buttons on the Logitech G500. • Now possible to restore the original functionality of the + and - buttons on the Logitech G500 and Logitech G700. Enter the following command in /Applications/Utilities/Terminal and then reconnect the mouse: Logicool G500: defaults write jp.plentycom.SteerMouse LOGITECH_G500_PLUS_MINUS -bool YES Logicool G700: defaults write jp.plentycom.SteerMouse LOGITECH_G700_PLUS_MINUS -bool YES Bug Fixes: • Problem solved where configurations for some applications would not work. • Problem solved where an error would occur with fast user switching. • Problem solved where the Buttons window would not respond to a mouse click. • Various other bug fixes and improvements. -------------------------------- 1. Unzip the patcher, make sure the file named patcher is on your desktop. 2. Start Terminal and execute the commands below (press Enter after each line): cd Desktop sudo ./patcher 3. After the second command you will have to enter your password. Do it and press Enter. 4. Register using the serial available. 5. Done |
